I  dont know how my name got changed to Kwame Waleah Ford 

and Doris Ford.

My sons name is Zachary Michael Hall

now the last name is changed to Zachary Michael Ford. 

Now In California 

everything is pretty much run by computers. Which means civilians

have access to classified things. 

Some one authorized this name change without my consent.
